District 4 and its neighboring areas have undergone substantial growth over the past two decades. However, alongside this expansion, we face challenges associated with the transformation into a bustling cosmopolitan hub. Among these challenges are rising incidents of property crime, package theft, vehicle break-ins, and even home invasions. Moreover, behavioral issues and disruptions have become all too familiar in our community.

Addressing these concerns requires not only an enhanced police presence and the implementation of proven community policing programs, but also the promotion of increased density and civic engagement. By fostering a stronger sense of community, we can effectively increase surveillance and deter criminal and undesirable activities. As your dedicated representative, I am committed to advocating for initiatives that encourage local involvement in ensuring the safety and security of our city.
